Living Museum – The History of Kota Gede (2020) is an animated video created as part of the Kota Gede Museum initiative in Yogyakarta. Commissioned by Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Yogyakarta and produced by Bunga Trotoar Production in collaboration with Neighbourhood Id, this piece brings the rich history of Kota Gede—from its past to the present—to life as part of a museum’s multimedia exhibition content

In this project, I contributed as Project Manager and Director, and led the creative vision as Head of Motion Design. In these roles, I:

• Head of Motion Design: Directed the development of visual motion assets—guiding the style, animation flow, and visual consistency to ensure the video effectively illustrated the historical narrative of Kota Gede.
• Project Manager & Director: Steered the project’s planning and execution, ensuring smooth coordination across the production team and maintaining creative alignment from concept to completion

Working within a collaborative team—alongside illustrators, sound designers, and motion designers—this project succeeded in translating local heritage into an animated format that enriches visitors’ museum experience.
