2020 – Danamon QRIS SME is an animated campaign developed for Danamon, one of Indonesia’s leading banking institutions, to introduce their QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) feature. This initiative aimed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in adopting seamless, secure, and standardized digital payment solutions.

In this project, I contributed as Assistant Director, Project Manager, and Head of Motion Design. My responsibilities included:

• Assistant Director: Supporting the Director in transforming the creative concept into execution, coordinating pre-production and on-set workflow.

• Project Manager: Managing operations, schedules, and communication across teams to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.

• Head of Motion Design: Leading the creation of animated sequences, visual effects, and graphic assets that shaped the campaign’s visual identity, making the message more engaging and accessible.

By combining creative leadership with project management and design execution, I ensured the campaign delivered both strategic clarity and visual impact, effectively communicating Danamon’s commitment to innovation for SMEs.
